I owned a original SH-101 in mid 90's and the Behringer one is a true replica of the real deal, and the MS-101 and now MS-1 i think is less flimsy than the original one when it comes to build quality it is even true soundvise and is a must have, i love it🎹😃❤️cheers

As David Lynch wrote in the script for MULLHOLLAND DRIVE, " You can audition many girls, but when you see/hear the Super Geminin, you will say, "This is the girl." IF you had a short time left to live , what synth would you buy? The Super Gemini.

Maybe the better question: You have to pick between SUPER 6 and TRIGON...which one? Life is tough when you can only have 1. Now there's a question!!

OR...does it rival your TRIGON? The whole Memorymoog thing, maybe.

So, would you give up your SUMMIT to own the SUPER 6? I was about to drop the hammer on Summit. Despite Super 6 being screenless--I am old enough that I can't remember which sock I put on first-, much less how I might have arrived at some multi-modulated synth patch, the SUP-6 sounds so damned good! Reminds me of my old MODAL 008, which this same guy made. You're right....it's the SOUND. Just amazing. I can get MORE or EVERYTHING with SUMMIT, plus the keyboard and PLUS, for way less money, but I don't think I hear Super 6 SOUND in iit.

This is so underrated. Ive had one for a long time and didnt think I liked it that much because the stock presets were kind of meh. But it actually has a pretty killer filter IMO. Reminds me of the filter on the X which I also like a lot. You can also do a lot of stuff with the delays, if you are patient or know what you are doing (i dont, lol).

Question? Would it be wise to trade the Pro 3 to get a Trigon 6? I have a Pro 2 & 3, Prophet 6, Prophet Rev2, OB-6, Prophet 12, Deepmind 12, Hydrasynth, Iridium, Mininova, Modx..

Have had nothing but issues with noise and ground loops with mine tbh

A poor man...a really poor man, might consider Minimonsta2 as his TRIGON/POLYMOOG. Why not, if one scraping the bottom of the Gear Fund Barrel to buy a SUMMINT.

WHY NOT?? A POLY D, a PRO 800 (or 2...thank you, Pete), the 'SHI-5' one, the UB-Xa, and a SUMMIT. And just call it a day! Mix your UB TRACKS with GFORCE OB Plugs. USE MOON for MESSIAH and the MOON CS-80 and PPG V3 you're home free.! BEHRINGER'S knocking it out of the park! Some Cherry stuff MIGHT find its way in.

Somehow I felt the Nord as a digital Prophet regarding the sounds one can get out of it, with less low end but very distinctive sound. It feels warm and yet cold somehow, warmer than older Nord Leads IMO. I own a Nord Stage 3 which has this engine and it is a good sounding synth, I like it a lot. Nice patches!
